#2. Ginger Ale and Heavy Cream
Vince GiRonda’s secret muscle building sauce was a mixture of Ginger Ale and Heavy Creme.
The legendary trainer had his clients drink this elixir three times a day in between meals.
The result?
Insane weight gain. Powerlifters and bodybuilders jumped 1-2 weight classes in the offseason while training and pounding this drink.
Vince’s weight gainer drink recipe is as follows:
Mix 6 ounces of Ginger Ale with 6 ounces of heavy creme and chug. Hardgainers should drink this mixture 2-3 times a day for best results.
There’s a lot of fat and sugar in this drink so make sure you’re training hard and heavy or you’ll get skinny-fat, or fat-fat.
#3. The See-Food Diet
This bulking diet is simple:
If you see food, eat it.
No matter what the food is or how much is there. You eat and eat and eat until you can’t physically eat anymore.
Add in a protein shake or two each day for some extra calories and muscle building protein.
The liquid calories are easier to consume, especially if you have a small appetite.
#4. The Hard Boiled Egg Diet
Eat one hard boiled egg every hour that you are awake.
This is the best option overall if your goal is lean gains.

Eggs were cracked into a glass with heavy creme, using a fork to mix the beverage. This was gulped down 3-6 times a day until a total of 36 eggs were consumed.
