I take all of these, but swap bcaas with Beef Amino every other month or so. Also I think milk and egg based protein powders are better because of the 0 carb factor. Your testament is proof positive that liver tabs and beef aminos work wonders. I experienced strength gains as well when supplementing with liver tabs and that was with just 20 per day.
