My Sterling Boots have translucent lug soles so they grip great. The Alumnus shoes grip better than most other shoes i’ve worn in the winter despite not having a lug sole.
Durable rubber sole that’s translucent so they don’t look obnoxious. They fit in well to any environment because they are more understated. Lasts long in all types of weather.
The only draw back is I have to double-knot the laces otherwise they come untied.
I have to wear tall socks to avoid irritation or discomfort from the tall sides. This is normal and happens with It’s definitely not a deal break as a thin pair of socks solves this problem.
