London broil is a cut of meat that is perfect for slow cooking.
It’s tasty, tender and packed with protein to build muscle. It also has zero carbohydrates and just the right amount of fat to satisfy your hunger, give you abundant energy and help make natural testosterone.
If you haven’t yet, buy yourself a crock-pot (or ask mom for one for Christmas. She’ll be impressed by your mature gift request.)
Once your slow cooker is setup on your kitchen counter, fill it with beef, broth, and spices. Set it on ‘Low’ and cook for 8-10 hours.
Your home will fill with an aroma that will make you drool.
I’ll start my London Broil Sunday evening and let it cook overnight.
How to Make a Slow-cooked London Broil
I typically make several pound of meat at a time. I’ll cook a bunch of beef Sunday night and by Monday I have enough meat to eat all week.
The recipe says London Broil, but you can use any type of beef roast. The slow cooker makes any meat tender and juicy.
Add spices that suit your taste. I like to season my London broil with salt, pepper, basil, oregano, turmeric, and garlic (minced, from a jar.)
You can easily get away with just using salt, pepper and garlic.
I prefer to use low sodium beef broth for my London broil. Fill the slow-cooker until the meat is almost submerged.
If you don’t have broth, you can use water with a chunk of real butter.
Get your self a few pounds of beef, broth, spices and a slow cooker and you’ll eat like a king for days.
This is the easiest meal prep I have ever done. Just set it and check back later. Remember to check back!
When it’s done, store the meaty goodness in the fridge and just heat and eat as needed.
