Subj: The Otto Arco Workout and Diet for natural muscle development.
We’re here to keep the physical culture legacy alive. The Bronze Era of bodybuilding was one of the best to study for natural bodybuilders.
The physical culturists that lived before 1925 where all natural. No steroids or anything like that. Did they use natural enhancers? Sure yeah probably.
Alright enough of that let’s talk about todays subject Mr. Otto Acro, the Worlds Best Developed Man.
Otto Acro’s Early Years
Born Otto Nowosielsky in Poland in 1881. He grew up as a strong gymnast in school and was a professional wrestler at age of 18 where he excelled and became quite the ass kicker.
Otto Arco Workout
As mentioned before Otto was a solid gymnast. Gymnastics is a superior workout and training method for developing and athletic physique. Probably the best method there is.
It builds a strong, lean, balanced and proportional physique. All gymnasts are lean and jacked. No exceptions.
As a gymnast, hand balancing was another staple training technique to build his upper body, core and muscle and body control.
Otto Arco went on to become an accomplished lifter. He used weights to improve his strength balance and power.
He held many weight lifting records including a 279 pound clean and jerk, which was double his body weight.
He also performed a 175 pound Turkish Getup. Which I learned that the Turkish Getup is an official USA Weightlifting Association lift. Probably because you need to be an “all round” lifter to hoist a Turkish Getup of that size.
Otto Arco the Strongman
Yes, he was strong. But he was also agile. He toured with his brother Pete performing incredible feats of balance and strength. Wowing audiences.
Posing and displays of muscle control were a part of his act. He’d drop jaws by turning his abdominal muscles into a rope.
Otto Arco and his contemporaries like Max Sick and Bobby Pandour were healthy and fit. Not freaks like today. Not throwing shade. But it’s true.
The Bronze Era bodybuilders were the best bodies in the business. They were the Victorian strongmen whomst pioneered physical culture.
Otto and his brother would sometimes train in Siegmund Klein’s gym in New York
Otto Arco’s Diet
Meat and herbs, like the good Lord intended.
No GMO. No processed foods. Not a drop of seed oil.
Just all natural fresh food to fuel his powerhouse physique.
Otto Arco was a man of many talents. An artist and craftsman. A dedicated connoisseur of health, fitness, art, and culture. Plus a showman and writer.
