Fitness is always in style.

Since the dawn of time fitness has been held in high regard.

The same is true today.

Trends come and go like the wind.

What’s cool today won’t be cool a few years from now.

Hell, at the pace things are going, what’s cool today won’t be cool tomorrow. 

You can buy the latest gadgets and the coolest clothes, but they’ll be obsolete in a month when the next version comes out.

Chasing trends is like running on a treadmill.

You hustle to keep up, constantly moving from one thing to the next.

But this will only leave you tired and broke.

Trends depreciate quickly.

But investments in your body and mind appreciate exponentially.

Go to the gym to become physically fit, and listen to audiobooks and podcasts to become mentally fit.

Fitness is a force multiplier that makes EVERYTHING better. Being fit provides energy, mental focus, and clarity of thought.

Fitness is always ‘in’. Your health and energy are your most valuable assets.

Your body and mind should take priority above all else. You cannot be your best self without good physical and mental health.

A healthy body is a healthy mind

Since your mind resides in your body, you need to keep the environment clean.

Being fit, strong, and self-reliant sets you apart.

Fitness is a competitive advantage. Nature proves this again and again.

For this reason, fitness never goes out of style.

The best part is that you can improve your fitness. By working at it everyday you can become the best version of yourself.

You can work longer hours and have energy left over to do the things you love.

It just takes a modest investment in yourself. Just a small deposit made everyday to move some weights and eat well.
